Bolt drivers

Good afternoon

Yesterday(18-03-2025) we had a ride with a colleague via Bolt at around 17H155 and we left a black shopping bag in the car. We tried contacting the driver (Lehlohonolo JZ93CWGP Toyota Corolla white) but could find him. We contacted Bolt and the driver denied that at around 12 after he was not answering the calls from yesterday. Such drivers must ruining the Bolt company, people loose their things from Bolt and the drivers are being defended by Bolt. Uber is way better as it has cameras and makes it easy for investigations.

These Bolt drivers always get away with what their doing as they know Bolt will defend and continue to use them to transport us
