Bolt Drivers drive without Insurance!!

I am deeply hurt, stressed out and angry. A bolt driver (HG16YHGP) crashed into me on the 31st of May 2021, on his way to pick up a client. My car was badly damaged and had to be towed. The driver assured me that he would pay the amount of R6500 in car damages. I have tried contacting him several times and he changes his story and had given me the run around. He claims that Bolt South Africa does not pay him and he doesn’t have insurance - which Bolt has allowed.

I am a health care worker and use my vehicle as I serve different hospitals. I work in Covid ICU and treat patients with severe respiratory difficulties, I am unable to travel and tend to my patients due to no transportation. I am at my wits end as this is not only affecting me but the lives of many people. I have tried to contact Bolt regarding their drivers and I am still waiting for a response.
