Bolt drivers discriminating based on race

I have constant problems with Bolt and their drivers, they except my request but once they see my skin color they refuse drop the request. LAST week i had a situation were one of their driver's just pulled out his car keys and told some nearby securities we were hijackers. The securities then assulted me, I am in the process of making ******** case against them.
