BOLT DRIVERS DANGEROUS BEHAVIOR AND BOLT DOES NOTHING

I have placed complaints for inappropriate driver's behaviors, especially today where the driver tried to hit my sister and I with his car, because he didn't want to listen to instruction where to drop us off. All the incidents I have been with the drivers, and I tell them I am going to report them. They always say, the Bolt does nothing about it and they don't because these incidents with drivers happen constantly! I am highly disappointed!
