Bolt drivers behaviour

I booked a bolt from McDonald's to my home the driver arrived and waited In the parking we were waiting at the entrance, the driver did not inform us he arrived and the waiting time started, the driver then cancels the ride right in front of us and gave us an attitude,i was charged a cancellation fee but the driver cancelled the trip, he was extremely rude, this is not the first time I had a issue with bolt, I don't recommend using bolt it's dangerous
