Good service from the bolt group, asking additional funds in cash for a ride of less than 2km

I can't post the screen grab here, but the driver messaged me saying that my ride will cost R50 where I already paid the amount needed as per the app, when I said no he responded with "Naeh nvm then try another car"

Bolt care to explain?
