Bolt drivers ask you to cancel so that you can give them cash

You know bolt drivers are so unprofessional you request using a bank card and then they ask you to cancel the ride and give him cash. I gave him the cash and my account was debited which is not fair.the drive asked me to cancel the ride imagine.
