Bolt drivers are the worst, *********!!!

Bolt SA has the worst drivers by far. On 2 seperate occassions, forgot some items in the vehicles. Till today, I haven't recovered them back. The one incident happened around Sep/Oct 2021. Bolt Jhb's response is that the driver has since been inactive. The matter was reported within 24 hours after the trip.

Similar incident occured on 25 February 2022. Lodged the complaint on 26 February 2022, yet there is no positive response as yet.

Where does Bolt get such drivers, they're ******* with poor customer service!! Are these drivers even vetted??!!
