Bolt drivers are so rude

I’m so tired of these drivers on this , some of these drivers cancel our discounts and make us pay more. Right now my driver called me and asked about the price then he cancelled on me after he heard about the discount. If they have a problem they should talk to their management it is not our fault that we get discounts. I don’t even feel safe when riding with them now because they are blaming us on something we can’t control, something has to be done
