Bolt Drivers are not safe anymore!!!

Last night I took a ride home with one of the Bolt drivers, his name is NickyNicky Ngobeni. He drives a Grey Toyota Etios plate license is JL80..GP, he came to pick me up and drop me off at my place so while I was getting out of the vehicle I seem to have forgotten my cellphone in his front passenger seat where I was sitting. So as soon as I realized that, I went back to check and he quickly drove away with my phone. So I thought maybe he didn't hear me shouting or something so I called my cellphone a couple of times and he eventually switched it off and now I'm even unable to trace it down. I wrote an email to Bolt Support team but still not feedback from them about the issue,I even sent them the receipt but nothing. Now I'm unable to even work because my cellphone contains all the data I require to work. My medical aid card,clock card and bank card were all at the back of the phone. Please assist in tracking down the person if possible
