Bolt Drivers are not getting paid well because Bolt services are expensive and that leads to poor service for customers

Bolt drivers are not getting paid well, and that leads to all the poor service. As a customer, I interacted with a few of driver, I found out that Bolt is cheating drivers. The card payments cost them an arm and a leg, yet we get promos and Bolt gets its service fee. Why can't the promo be on the service fee than on the driver's pay.

For us to get good service from Bolt, Bolt needs to do right by our drivers
