Bolt drivers are ********* - q

I have a very serious complaint I was charged without traveling because I requested using my card but I then got a lift from a friend the driver accepted and took R212. 00 which is totally unacceptable it's a ******** act, I'm kindly asking bolt to refund me, 'the driver was Prince from durban.
