Bolt Drivers Are ******* !!!

The driver arrived to collect a package that I was selling to another person. We loaded the package and the driver left in order to deliver it asap. The person who requested Bolt ****med me and apparently ****med the driver as well. The driver did not deliver the package and returned to his residence where he messaged me and sent me pictures showing that he did not deliver the package and that it was still in his possession. We spoke and came to an agreement that I would pay for his fuel and time even though it was not my fault. The next day the driver claimed to be outside my house and when I went out he was not there. I tried contacting him and he has blocked me on my number and every other number I contact him on. Bolt is so useless they refuse addressing the matter and say they are not able to do anything about it or speak to their driver. The driver has ****** my package which makes him a ******** and he is still out there transporting other people and *****ing from them. His name is Philasande Mthethwa. His contact number is 069*560*8110. The vehicle registration is JF 96 SN GP. It is a grey Chevrolet Aveo.
