Bolt drivers

Today I requested for a ride back home and 3 drivers accepted my trips but they canceled when they arrived at the pick up point complaining that I have too much luggage and eventually one accepted the trip but half way to the trip home she then said “she is not going there and she told us to leave her car and we were in the middle of nowhere in a unsafe place I was with my little brother and mother and my mom is sick and she cant stand for a long time and on top of that she did not want to cancel the trip so we could not request for another trip so we had to wait for her to cancel the trip so we can request for another one but she ended up canceling. After that we requested for another ride and when the driver arrived he told us we are going to far for R21 and she then left us standing there and that is driver number in a space of less than an hour. I am sure you can check my ride history I am a person who uses bolt a lot but the way I was treated it is painful and disgusting, I am not sure if I will ever use bolt ever again after such a traumatic experience. I am just typing this email I know that nothing will done about this, but what do I expect from a cheap service mxm
