Bolt Driver Was Armed, Reckless and Verbally Abusive – Case ***

I am writing this review to warn other passengers and to hold Bolt accountable for one of the most terrifying ride experiences I have ever had. Before the driver Clive even arrived at the pickup point, he called me and casually mentioned that he was at a liquor store. This was already a red flag, but what followed was far worse. When he arrived, he was immediately rude and aggressive. To my horror, he was also carrying a gun, which made me fear for my safety for the entire trip. He then proceeded to drive recklessly on the freeway, nearly causing a serious accident. Throughout the ride, he directed verbal abuse and cursing directly at me. I have reported this to Bolt under case number *** and I am awaiting their response. My manager advised me to report this to Bolt rather than the police since no physical harm was done, but I want the public to know that this driver is dangerous and should not be on the road carrying passengers. Bolt needs to take immediate action — this driver poses a serious threat to passenger safety. I expect a thorough investigation and a meaningful response.
