Bolt Driver unfairly treated and placed at risk of ******* and ****** by Bolt drive

My brother Lehlohonolo Legege is a Bolt Driver for over a year now. On the 2nd of August 2022 he accepted a bolt trip with two riders, when they arrived at the drop off point they pulled out a gun on him ****** him of everything he had kidnapped him and hijacked he was nearly ******ed by Bolt clients while working for Bolt. his brand new car was damaged by these ********s and he was badly injured and hospitalized for over a month. on the 3rd August 2022 he reported the accident to Bolt and all they did was send a email saying sorry and that was it after recovering he continued working for Bolt since its the only thing he has for income to support his family a year later after the accident they suspend his profile he then enquired to check why he was blocked they stated due to his acceptance rate been low he then explained why he cancels and declines trips cause he receives some ride requests in and from high risk areas where Bolt drivers are been ******, hijacked and ******ed and then Bolt expects their drivers to go to those areas where they are been ******ed ****** and hijacked Bolt does not care what so ever about the safety of their drivers and they put them at risk and still expect them to provide high scores while been at risk of losing their lives without any safety measures and now they take away bread from their drivers firstly they did nothing to show remorse nor compensate for my brothers accident even two of other drivers we know personally went through the same thing and all Bolt did was send an email saying sorry then a year later block their profiles just because they do not take rides going to high risk areas where Bolt rider, clients are robbing and ******ing Bolt drivers this suspension has cost my brother and many other Bolt Drivers out their and their family so much they spent weeks without food since he not work to provide for his family and yet Bolt still adds salt to the pain and wounds and trauma his still suffering from the Bolt riders clients that nearly ******ed him. this is been taken to Hello Peter but we submitted a report to the public protecters office and we have received feedback from the advocates that they will investigate and confront Bolt drive we are taking it to ENCA news as well for the unfair treatment we've been receiving from this Platform Bolt Drive as Bolt Drivers.
