Bolt driver Tshepo took advantage of me being kind - Toyota Etios

I want to tell you about the driver Thsepo (Toyota Etios) from Bolt South Africa who took advantage of my kindness and unfami****ity with the cleaning cost of the separate items in the car which were affected after my child got sick in the car and threw up. I have no idea about cleaning fees. First of all I helped the driver to clean the affected items in the car and offered to compensate the additional cleaning of those items. I asked the driver how much it might cost. As I found out later the driver charged me two times as much as the actual cleaning of those items would cost him. I was just being nice offering the help but it is not nice when the driver who represents Bolt takes advantage of my honesty and snatches an opportunity to make more money. When the driver arrived to pick us up I noticed that the car driven by the driver Tshepo was not clean, it was dusty, with oily spots on the seats (why the driver did not bother to wash the car after all previous customers?). It is the driver's responsibility to keep the car clean. Back seats of the car did not have seat belts. It is very unprofessional that Bolt does not check the state of the cars of their drivers. I, as a customer, tried to be decent and offered to help but this driver was happy to have this chance to charge an exorbitant price. I don't complain about offering to pay for cleaning of the affected items (though I helped to clean them already) as it was my gesture of good will but I complain about the driver who deceived me and took advantage of my kindness by charging two times as much as the cleaning service of the separate items would cost him. Let it lie heavy on both the driver's and Bolt's conscience. In any situation people must remain humans and honest and not take advantage of others.
