Bolt driver trip fee *******

Today I was charged R406 for a trip of R33, the bolt driver whose name is Sandile drives a Hyundai Elantra number plate : JP10PGGP picked me up at 08:57 at Palliser Road and drop me at work at Greenstone office park it’s a trip of 6 minutes max I arrived at work at 09:02 he must have decided to not end the drip and drive around

When I open an 09:50 to review the trip I find out I was charged R406 instead of R33

Please take not of this drive and car he might be even of other a platform like Uber … he doesn’t take calls when you try to call him … I hope bolt refunds my money
