Bolt driver treatment

I have an issue with the company (bolt ), the way they treat drivers pains me, my brother works as a driver. Every time they suspect that a driver is doing something that they think is wrong they suspend the driver, without even contacting that driver to find out his side of the story. If they suspend someone for too weeks via email, they pay these cars every week, they just don't care. Even with all the problems like power cuts. If there is a load shading there is no network the driver will struggle to accept the trip even to end it , but bolt don't want to here your story, all they will thinking is that you are a *********. The way they run this business people must now especially people using the service.
