Bolt Driver THREW ME OUT Of Vehicle With A SICK INFANT

I am terribly unhappy of the service I received from the driver of the Toyota Corolla CY25774 who goes by the name Tawanda. I had requested a trip from 4 Athena Way Phoenix to Red Cross Memorial Children's Hospital on my account linked to ***, using the email *** on the 11 August 2020.

I had a sick baby that I was rushing to hospital, when requesting to withdraw money at one of the ATM'S at the Caltex on Koeberg Road, Cnr Freedom Way as he had said he doesn't have change of R200, Tawanda, the driver requested me to pay him more money.

I was shocked at this, when asking why I need to pay more, he told me he cant wait without being paid. I've never had such with a driver on Bolt, when asking him if he will deduct the fee when I wait for him to get change at the end of our trip, since he said he doesn't have change, thought caused a tongue lashing from him. Saying I will make him cause an accident, when shouting.

At this moment, I had requested he cancels the trip and I will find another alternative to take my sick child to hospital at 18:00pm. He refused but to rather leave me on the side of the road, with a SICK CHILD.

I AM DISGUSTED! That you have drivers like these on a platform that endanger a womans life and an infant, in these tragic times of dealing with Gender Based Violence. Lord, knows what other demands he requests from SELFLESS WOMAN.

My account is now blocked. I want this matter sorted, before I escalate it to other avenues.
