BOLT DRIVER STOLE PASSENGERS PHONE

I had an encounter with a bolt driver last week Friday where i requested a trip which charged be R20 , i left my phone and other belongings as i was fetching the cash when i got to the destination. I gave the driver the R20 as the trip was charging and he requested more money for "waiting time" but the app was not charging. The driver then drove off with my phone . i tried to report the matter to Bolt and they are taking me from pillar to post. They are refusing to give me the driver's contact details to protect him. Its been days now and they are telling me that they are waiting for the driver to respond. i do not understand what he has to respond to because he committed a crime here. i gave them all his personal details as well as number plate and still i am waiting!!!
