Bolt Driver stole my son's phone

My sons phone was ****** by a driver and for over 32 days Bolt not interested in helping . My son could have been human trafficked and they would have also been so unhelpfull. After the phone was ****** driver admitted to having it in his possession. I have 12 voice notes to prove that.If only they contacted the driver who thinks he is above the law. But i just reported matter to the South African Police services
