bolt driver stole my phone

I lost my phone this morning the 6th of Feb 2023 i called my phone it was ringing with no pick up until it went to voicemail now my phone is off, been trying to get their customer care line i can't find it anywhere in the net how do i report this matter how can a big company like bolt not have any contact reference or number very poor service the driver took my phone no other way cause i called the phone after few seconds no way the driver can gotten a ride with those few seconds this extremely poor service what can i do to get help or trace back my phone ?
