Bolt driver stole my phone

My phone was just ****** by one of your drivers i tried to call him 2min after he left and his phone was off OFFF WHYYYY when i do finally get hold of him he says he saw nothing and the lady he picked up was sitting in the front whilst i had been sitting at the back. He came back with some lady saying check my car theres nothing but when i called it it rang and the after to tries he switched it off. SO WHY DOES YOUR DRIVER SWITCH OFF HIS PHONE AND HE ADMITTED THAT IT WAS OFF ALONG TIME..i want my phone back
