Bolt driver stole my father’s phone

Evening

The bolt driver took my father’s phone and we can’t complain anywhere about this matter and now the phone is off the bolt ride was yesterday from Soweto to Ennerdale. The only information my father had is it was a white Nissan almera and the time was 13 : 50. Can’t blame him cause he is 66 years old so can bolt investigate this matter cause he’s life depended on it. The driver took advantage of my father. Kindly assist.
