Bolt driver stole my cellphonephone

Iam Reratilwe Neoentle Riet from Klerksdorp Northwest. Iam a student in Johannesburg college in TPTT Academy in springs. I was on a student trip to complete my cruise liner course in Durban.

On Thursday night the 3rd February 2022 ,we requested a Bolt driver back to the hotel from Sabraso restaurant the bolt driver dropped us at the hotel . I only realized when I got in my room that I don't have my phone with me , we tried calling the driver but he didn't answer our calls. We called him the following day and he said he won't bring back my phone , he than blocked our calls cause I was calling from my friends cellphone. I really need the cellphone , iam only a student and that cellphone contains school group chats where we discuss everything about my course. My cellphone had my Identity Card at the back of my pouch which I need to us to fly back to Johannesburg. .I really need my cellphone I won't be able to afford another cellphone iam just a student. The Bolt driver was very rude
