Bolt Driver stole from me and the sad part is that Bolt never bothers to help us as customers when ever we have issues

I have had few incounters with Bolt that are not pleasent and I have complained to them and none of my issues has ever been resolved, they have have never even bothered to phone me back so yesterday I took a texify after work and few hours later l realized that I had left my phone in the car l tried to call the driver because he had called me earlier on because he was getting lost he never answered my phone, l sent him a message on what's up it delivered but he never responded l tried calling the next morning he never answered. That is my work phone so it's oky for me to loose my Job but Thokozani Moyo will continue working,l hope hello Peter will help me because I know bolt won't even bother themselves he is going to continue driving for them and taking people's belongings all the time
