Bolt Driver Service

This has to be one of the worst service providers that I have come across. Drivers don't cancel trips and no re-imbur*****t. Drivers cancelled trips, then re-accept and cancel again. Drivers come right to your pickup and see you and cancel.

My son was right next to the Bolt this morning, the driver says he was waiting too long, when as per the app was 2 minutes away and cancels the ride and my son had to walk to work in the rain leaving him wet and late to work.

Bolt is this the service you provide??? We complain via the app and a few hours later the complaint gets closed.
