Bolt driver ****med me

Good day, my name is Thabang I have a problem with bolt drive Pontsho(DX63BL-GP) Mazda3 His cell number: +27 (72) *** , I requested for my friend then used my card to pay R165, but he then Told my friend no payment has been made,then requested they pay cash, so my friend paid again cash, so this means I was charged twice for one trip, I then contacted the drive, at first he was willing to give money back then I was very patient with him..after a month then realized this guy is playing games , I just needed back my money nothing else..
