Your driver (Sekaa Mashillo JK83KRGP, Cell number 074 *** ) operates from Boulders Mall wanted to charge me R50 for a trip that costs R11 and when I refused to ride with him he canceled the trip and you Bolt guys charged my account R10. I want my R10 back because I am not the one who canceled the trip but Sekaa your own driver. Very poor service.
