Bolt Driver **** for Card Payments

I had a horrible experience with one of the Bolt Drivers this evening...I requested a right for a friend who lives around the corner from me....I used my card as a method of payment...the driver decides not to end my trip and continued to accept other rides without ending mine...meaning that I account gets billed as he gallavants around town.i called him and he said he can't end the trip that he will pay me back..this driver needs to be suspended and blocked from Bolt...because how many more people is he not ********...
