Bolt driver ****

My wife and I took a trip with bolt from Lanseria Airport to home on 13 Feb. Upon entering the car, the driver asked us for a four digit security code from bolt so that he could start the trip. When we told him we didnt have such a code, he requested for my wifes cell to check and then about a minute later a four digit code did come through via sms which we provided to him as we were new to Bolt and were not familair with the process. The next day my wife notice numerous trips via bolt were deducted from her credit card. Upon contacting Bolt, we were then informed that the four digit code is sent to create a bolt profile so her profile was actually cloned by the driver and then **********ly used there after. Although we provided bolt with the driver's details they say they cannot do anything as we gave the driver the code. Bolt is not taking any responsibility for their drivers and I am sure this driver will go on doing this to other customers. Driver's name is Meluleki and he drives a Volkswagon polo, Reg number JY80DkGP. Bolt must take responsibility and refund all the ********** trips as they clearly do not vet their drivers.
