Bolt driver refused to give me my phone

I accidentally left my phone in the car and called 5 minutes after the car left and the driver told me me he would came the next day to bring it back....but the next day informed me that he wanted R200 the bring back the phone, when he got here he had a car full of all man in the car, I informed him I only had R100 ,so he said he now wanted R250 and when I told him I didn't have that money he left with my phone....
