BOLT DRIVER RAN OUT OF PETROL ON THE N1

Bad experience with Bolt yesterday, needed to go for an emergency meeting in Maitland., the trip supposed to take 20 mins and it took 1hrs !!!! due the car was stuck on the N1 without petrol and the left me nearly 40mins alone in the car to buy petrol, when I ask to get another car and he said I've paid already and cannot do that. I experience a lot of frustration while waiting for him. The person I supposed to meet left already.
