BOLT DRIVER PHILLEMON PATHETIC SERVICE

I used bolts services an i went from point A to point B I had no stops in between I raised a ticket with bolt an they said they investigating the problem. My driver by the name Phillemon ended the trip a hour after he had dropped me off he ended it on the Highway so when the support services called him he said he dropped numerous People at different locations no one from bolt has called me. I have time stamps an everything that proves What time he fetched me but he is lying. An the support service is not even calling me instead of paying R245 I got charged R444. Pathetic service I'm surprised how someone can lie an no one is doing nothing.
