Bolt driver not arriving

Ordered a driver, waited 20 minutes, then driver stated he arrived. Driver did not arrive. I then phoned him, where he shouted at me and asked “ what do I want” as it is obvious that I wanted to find out where he was. Occured about 4 times after which I had to cancel the trip. Rude and unprofessional, rather use Uber, a trusted service.
