Bolt driver never delivered my parcel and Bolt is doing both about it

Someone used bolt to send me goods on the 21st of January 2026 the driver ended the trip without delivering the goods. I contacted bolt the same night they said they will try to get hold of the driver I must exercise patience till date ( 28 of January) I haven’t heard from Bolts
