BOLT DRIVER LINDELANI - NOT TRUSTWORTHY !!!

driver drove off with goods over R6000 and work laptop on Wednesday 20 September 2023. tried calling him back he doesn't respond. Bolt support service took so long to get back to me. only for them to respond today to say they checked with the driver and he said there was nothing in the car. Bolt are protecting their drivers and its disgusting to say the least. there is no phone number to contact Bolt and i am left with my goods or laptop, this is really disgusting. I have requested that a copy of the drivers license be sent to me as I would like proceed with ******** case against him, no response from them. on top of that the driver didn't end the trip, so I was billed additionally with no refund. BOLT your service sucks and I am going to put this all over Social Media and community newspapers. I am sure that there are many other clients out there that have experienced the same. BOLT SA you need to be reported to the head CEO of BOLT as this type of behaviour tarnishes a brand that is suppose to bring relief and assistance to the people who use their service. Also on TrueCaller the number of the driver has so many negative reviews of people saying the driver has ****med them or they forgot something and driver does not take their calls. Bolt your vetting processes need to be investigated it seems like this type of behavior is on going.
