BOLT DRIVER IN DENAIL TO HANDOVER MY WALLET

I forgot my wallet in the bolt car.and hardly in 3 minutes the drivers phone was off so I couldn't get hold of him.I engaged Bolt support on the matter.they tried getting hold of him but failed,until yesterday they got hold of him since he is not answering my calls,they confirmed my wallet is with him. I sent him WhatsApp messenger and he rep**** in a disrespectful and rude manner.and the office said I must go to the police station hence on my WhatsApp he rep**** as to say I can proceed to the police station. To me it seems he doesn't want to handover my wallet. The car registration is KL 85 GF GP. The driver is Lehlohonolo.trip took time on 9:55 to 10:05
