Bolt Driver harassed us

The bolt driver double-charged us and harassed us. I filed a complaint with Bolt Support, but it was closed because I did not respond within 24 hours. no wonder the drivers will harass us; they know they will get away with it. The man made us pay him twice and even told us that we, as South Africans, are stupid, but Bolt is doing nothing to hold him responsible or even investigate the matter. I paid him cash and even transferred more money to him. I have proof of that.
