bolt driver handed my phone at Johannesburg Driver Engagement Centre, Bolt cant confirm for me, why not???

I hope you are doing well. I need to collect a lost phone that the Bolt driver says was handed in at the Johannesburg Driver Engagement Centre at 29 Bond Street. I am a passenger, not a Bolt driver. Please confirm whether I can make an appointment to collect the phone and provide me with the correct appointment process.
