Bolt Driver *****

On the 15th of December I requested a Bolt ride for two friends from Pinetown to Phoenix in Durban, the driver didn't end the trip in Phoenix after dropping them off but it in Morningside. Now the issue comes when Bolt can't bill my card because I had enough for my friends to get home not the additional travel the driver decided to take for himself. I lodged a complaint on the Bolt app but I never received a response, then rep**** to their email requesting me to pay for trip where I have been in communications with a Shoki from Bolt. She has refused any means I've try to prove that the driver committed ***** on the mentioned trip and insists to only take his side even after involving the people I had requested for who are willing to confront the driver face to face. Now this content attempt to bill my card for a ride that should have ended way before it did is tarnishing my account, I have informed Shoki that until they rectify the ride and discipline the driver I will not pay for the ride.
