Bolt driver drove away with my valuables after paying him

Yesterday morning around 8:33 i requested a “BOLT” ride from meadowlands to Krugersdorn and had my stuff in the boot. Car number plate is LL91KSGP Nissan Almera White, the drivers name is Mpho Mashilo, he drove off after i payed him when I was trying to take out my stuff. Tried to report the case on BOLT but they don’t take the matter serious.
