Bolt driver

I was riding in bolt on the 13th April 2020 and the Kasongo the driver claims that I never paid. His app was giving him issues and the trip showed 85 rands but instead I paid 152 rand as I know that is what I usually pay for that trip. Now they have blocked me from using the service.
