Bolt driver charging more than the amount that must be payed

I had a bad ride experience with a bolt driver named Mandla. He drives a white Volkswagen Polo Sedan with a license plate number DH82CCGP. He was forcing me to pay more than the amount I’m supposed to pay for, and when I refused he was making threats and cursing me so bad. I was so scared. If my cousin wasn’t there, the worst would have happened. This happened in Vanderbijlpark (Vaal), in the afternoon.

Bolt really needs to step up because a lot of people have been complaining about it’s drivers, yet nothing is being done. If something was being done, this wouldn’t be continuing. After the experience I had today with Bolt, I don’t think I’ll ever use it again.

As a woman, safety comes first.
