BOLT driver

Sunday I requested using my sister's phone /app Ntsiki Spamla and the price was R18 the driver increased the price said is R36 and I didn't want to argue with him fine I gave him R106 to make easy for him to have a change he only gave me R20 change I ddi notice I notice later when I get home because he was busy talking acting as if he's nice telling some story about some slay qeen who where in his car the story was more similar to what he did to me to qoute "he said even bolt can not do anything even people report him he saw lot of email but they fail .I tried to write a review to them rating his ride but haven't got any response.
