Your Driver had clear message as to which entrance I was to be picked up. Carnival Mall entrance Dis-Chem as per your App and the I also sent him a message stating it's at entrance nr 5. Was told he was on his way only to cancel the ride. Thankfully I had funds to re-request another ride home. So pls refund my monies. I DO NOT WANT A VOUCHER I WANT MY MONEY BACK
