Bolt driver blocked

Im a bolt driver for 2 years now its my only source of income. Yesterday my bolt driver account was permanently blocked because of my "clients did not show up" are alot. I really don't know how to react to this maybe I should have forced the clients to ride or show up at their pick ups maybe I wouldn't have been blocked. Bolt is not taking us their drives seriously they block us time and time again forgetting we are making a living here not playing games the service for drivers is AWFUL.
