BOLT DRIVER APP IS PATHETIC

Pathetic ..pathetic...pathetic service...and I am referring to working for bolt..meaning using the driver app. They block drivers for absolute *******, people trying to earn an honest living, cant make it because they block there apps and the commission, oh my word, then they block if you have too many cash trips but they will not give you card trips. The service from the support chats, they never understand your issue, they dont answer quick enough and there is no direct number.
