Bolt driver app is **** not the same as before

I'm very angry with these people the new people that have taken over are useless. Before one could load documents on the app in a day get feedback if something is missing or they had aprove the application and you go online. Now you told to wait 14 days what nonses is that we renting these cars no one wants to wait that long they have bills to pay the bank month end must be paid for that car Bolt is useless. I have tried countless times to get a car and the owner then takes it back coz its not online due to this stupid 14day. I mean if the car is in your system and was being used by a different person why wait a month to approve the car whereas u have all documents . Its 3 months with no luck the owner now again wants the car im told to wait 14 days how is that going to help me when the car is no longer with me. Strange that other ppl it takes 2 days im suffering coz of these new ppl. And i know they'll respond the same here tell me and ques and 14 days ****.
